Through our experiences and observations, we realize that there is a significant gap in terms of opportunities and support for young researchers, especially in Eastern Indonesia. Socio-political and socio-economic factors often become obstacles for them to work and contribute optimally.<\/p>\n<p>Departing from this concern, The Sulapa Institute was born with the determination to bridge the gap. We are committed to being a major catalyst in empowering youth and women in Eastern Indonesia through innovative research that supports the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).<\/p>\n<p>Our mission covers various aspects, from conducting high-quality research to providing a platform for young researchers to develop creative ideas. We also focus on building strategic partnerships, developing training and mentoring programs, and promoting research results to stakeholders.<\/p>\n<p>The Sulapa Institute is committed to creating an inclusive environment that encourages collaboration, innovation, and knowledge exchange between researchers from various backgrounds.
