class=\"ekit-team-modal-position\">Human Development, Economics, and Social Cultural Issues<\/p>\n                    \n                    <div class=\"ekit-team-modal-content\">\n                        Purnamasari is a dedicated researcher with a Master\u2019s in International Development Studies from the University of Birmingham, UK, funded by the Indonesia Endowment Fund for Education (LPDP). She holds a Bachelor's in Political Science, focusing on International Relations, from Hasanuddin University. She has extensive experience in Indonesian ministries, focusing on policies related to human development, economics, and socio-cultural issues, and collaborates with NGOs and international organizations on rural development, climate change, and sustainable agriculture projects.\n\nRecently, she served as a Research Collaborator for the Chronic Poverty Advisory Network (CPAN) and the Institute of Development Studies (IDS), working on Climate-Smart Agriculture in Indonesia. She was an Expert in Synchronization of Village Institutional Management at the Ministry of Human Development and Cultural Affairs, where she coordinated the P3PD program and developed national strategies.\n\nPurnamasari also worked on the UN Food Summit Knowledge Transfer Project with the Sustainable Agricultural Systems &amp; Engineering (SASE) Laboratory at Westlake University, conducted public policy evaluations for the Ministry of Home Affairs, and facilitated investment strategies for the Ministry of Investment. Additionally, she designed programs and strategic plans for the National Priority Program in the 2020-2024 RPJMN at the Ministry of Human Development and Cultural Affairs. migration issues and gender-based violence, currently based in Singapore. She holds a Master\u2019s degree in International Relations from Istanbul Bilgi University and a Bachelor\u2019s degree in Political Science from Hasanuddin University. Politics in International Relations from Hasanuddin University with a focus on international law and human rights. She did research about Women in Aquaculture and Jakarta Coastal Defense Strategy as part of her Masters at International Institute of Social Studies, Erasmus University Rotterdam, majoring in Human Rights, Gender, and Conflict: Social Justice Perspective. \n\nHence, she adds Gender, Environment, and Development, particularly on women living in the coastal area to her research repertoire. Fadhilah has also worked as a Project Officer in a research-based project on marine conservation in South Sulawesi, Southeast Sulawesi, East Nusa Tenggara, and West Papua (2019). In addition, she is currently developing #GakPakePlastik (a non-single-use plastic movement) with the youth community in South Sulawesi as part of her passion for driving impact from grassroots.\n\nBefore devoting her work to The Australia-Indonesia Centre since 2019, Fadhilah served as a Junior Research Fellow at the Sustainable Development Goals Center and Center of Excellence development, project management, and multi-stakeholder facilitation processes and learning. \n\nHis topics of interest are sustainability and innovation, food systems development and related issues across the rural-urban continuum. He holds bachelor in Food Science and Technology at Mercu Buana University in Yogyakarta and Master of Science in Development and Rural Innovation at Wageningen University in The Netherlands. \n\nHe professional with a diverse background in International Relations, political economy, and environmental research. He holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Hasanuddin University, Indonesia, and completed a Political Economy Course on Ecology Program at Dallas College in Capetown, South Africa. His career spans roles in research, program collaboration, and legal aid, reflecting a strong commitment to addressing social, environmental, and political issues.\n\nHe\u2019s recent work includes collaborating on the Sister City Program between Watch Indonesia Berlin and Walhi National Executive in Jakarta. Where he conducted research on NGOs and facilitated main issues for the cities of Jakarta and Berlin in human rights, environmental rights, participatory democracy, and the right to the city.                 Dissa Julia Paputungan received her M.A. in Political Science: Democratic Governance and Civil Society from Osnabr\u00fcck University. From 2016 to 2018, she was a scholarship holder of the DAAD Helmut Schmidt Program. Her research interests include civic and religious education, public policy, and civil society organizations. She is currently a PhD student in Global and Area Studies at Humboldt University of Berlin, where she is also part of the research group SIDIT (Secularity, Islam, and Democracy in Indonesia and Turkey). Her PhD research is funded by the Konrad Adenauer Foundation from 2020 to 2023.\nDissa is based in Germany, where she works as a project staff in an association that is simultaneously an active educational organization: Eleganz Bildungsplattform e.V. The association focuses on education, integration, youth, and social affairs and is recognized as an independent youth welfare association. Nurul is dedicated public relations specialist with over 7 years of experiences. Provided good communications, skilled at organizing events and master of ceremony. Nurul earns Public Speaker Certification from John Rober Powers and Three Speakers. She handled over 100 President of the Republic of Indonesia\u2019s events as a protocol and master of ceremony. In addition, she took part in Reforma Agraria Summit 2022 in Wakatobi-Southeast Sulawesi, 2023 in Karimun-Kepulauan Riau and 2024 in Denpasar-Bali.
